Refunds and Returns
If you are ordering from Germany please message me first as there are some new rules in place!
Please note these are handmade items, some made without any molds or extra tools, so there may be imperfections 💖
If you are unsatisfied with your case/accessories etc please get in touch with me as soon as you can and we can sort something out.
You have one hour to email about an order cancellation if it was an honest accident, we do not offer refunds after this time as we feel this is fraudulent. If you have discussed a custom order and are happy to proceed we do not accept refunds after this time.
Help! It's been 2 weeks and I haven't received my case/accessories!?
I keep all certificates of proof of postage and everything is shipped with tracking. Please check your tracking number on the Royal Mail Website to track your order.
Wait Time
Ashtrays are made within 4-6 weeks after ordered. I will always advise you along the way if your ashtray may take longer to make.
Delivery Times
If you are in the UK you should receive your ashtray within 2-3 days of receiving a postage confirmation. If in the EU postage times vary from 1-2 weeks. Other international times usually vary from 2-3 weeks but may longer at busier periods of time or if your country is located in the Far East/ Africa/ Middle East etc.
